To qualify for the DMRE bursary, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:✔ South African citizen
✔ 35 years or younger
✔ Currently in Matric or already completed Matric
✔ Minimum Level 6 in Mathematics and Science (Matric exams)
✔ Planning to study full-time at a recognized South African university or University of Technology
✔ From a disadvantaged background, preferably from a rural area
✔ Financial need must be demonstrated
✔ Unemployed at the time of application
